Terms of Use for Illuminated Essence
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, accessing or using any of our Programs, Products and Services.
By clicking “I Agree”, emailing your statement of agreement, entering your credit card information, or by signing this agreement on this page or reverse, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, in the course or program, you (“Client”) are entering into a legally binding agreement with Alina Cristina Buteica and/or Illuminated Essence (registered as Growth Hack SRL), and hereby acknowledge, understand and expressly agree as to the following:
1.0 Terms of Use
Terms of Use Our Programs, Services or Products are owned and operated by Alina Cristina Buteica - Illuminated Essence (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to any purchaser and/or user of any of our Programs, Products and/or Services. These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) state how you may use our Programs, Products and Services and Program Materials, and their content. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time. By using any of our Programs, Products and Services you are agreeing to the Terms of Use as they appear and are legally bound by them, whether or not you have read them. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use our Programs, Products, and Services.
2.0 Program
2.1. The Program will be provided over the course specified on the sales page and will be delivered by Zoom sessions.
2.2. The date and time of all Zoom sessions are agreed upon by you and Brittany Hammond and are subject to change.
2.3. If you need to cancel a session, you should provide us with as much notice as possible (by emailing hello@untamedrevolution.com) and we will endeavour to reschedule the session to a mutually convenient date and time.
2.4. If you arrive late for a session, we will try to extend the end time but if this is not possible, the session will end at the scheduled time and we will not be obliged to refund you any amounts paid in relation to such session.
2.5. If you’ve purchased a package and find yourself unable to use your sessions for any reason, you may put the remaining sessions on a 1-month hold.
2.0 License and Use
By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Products or Services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as our Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply, and are you are required to act in accordance with them. Accessing, purchasing, or using our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, in any manner constitutes use of the Program, Products, Services and Program Materials, and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.
All of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to any Program, Product, Service or Program Materials by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using our Programs, Products, or Services or our Program Materials, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

The content in our Programs, Products and Services is solely owned by or licensed to us, unless otherwise indicated. This content includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics of our Program Materials or any other material or aspects of materials provided by us to you. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
When you enroll in or purchase our Programs, Products or Services, you agree that you are clearly and expressly prohibited from doing the following:

4.0 Refunds and Chargebacks
Once a product or service has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.
5.0 Warranties and Liability
We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurate, authoritative and fit for the use of our customers. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the product, and we provide no warranties as to the function or use of the product, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or loss arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions. Furthermore, we shall not be liable to you or any party for consequential, indirect, special or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business or anticipated benefits whether arising under tort, contract, negligence or otherwise whether or not foreseen, reasonably foreseeable or advised of the possibility of such damages.
