How my journey began…
My story is the journey into my authentic core, into my self love as a woman, recognizing that all parts of me are sacred, as well as into my feminine energy mastery.
In 2018, after many years in corporate as Head of Learning & Development for Africa’s fastest growing e-commerce company, I recognized I needed a break, I needed to take the fundamental leap, in terms of learning, that we are each encouraged to take, sooner or later in life. And that is… the journey within. The journey into understanding not only what makes me uniquely me, but what is, in fact, all the un-necessary, stressful “baggage” I had been carrying on my shoulders: all the societal, familial and ancestral programming that we are all exposed to and that we even become identified with.
I had always been a very curious mind and heart, very sensitive and empathic but I had no idea the extent to which the journey I took would be deeply unraveling and transformational for me.
Looking back now, I see it as 2 journeys that happened, in parallel:
The journey into letting go of past conditioning and old stories ingrained in my subconscious (familial, ancestral, societal), a peeling off of anything that was not truly me
The journey of letting out, UNLEASHING my Authentic Essence, my feminine creative genius as well as some of the gifts that had been “nudging” at me and lying dormant for a while: understanding energy, heightened intuition and psychic gifts, as well as my connection to the Divine Feminine lineages
I came to understand these 2 journeys almost always happen in parallel. You have to be brave enough to look inside and unravel the aspects of the first journey, so as to finally receive access to the incredible gifts waiting to be activated from inside of you.
You can only gain access to your “superpowers” once you have started to let go of your old stories and integrated their life lessons. Life is intelligent and it is designed to work in that way. As the saying goes, “when the student is ready, the teacher appears”. Not a moment sooner.
Where it took me
On my journey of re-membering, I was exposed to and got initiated and certified in ancient energy balancing and psychic reading techniques: Theta Healing, Akashic Records Readings as well as KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) and Access Consciousness (Access Bars), Reiki and Pranic Healing.
And my voyage also opened up the opportunity for me to join a Divine Feminine mystery school, where I finally understood the missing link from all my years in the busy corporate life and also the long lost knowledge that our world is now craving to claim back: the infinite love, the grace, the nurture, the harmony & balance (with ourselves and with nature, with the whole planet) of the Feminine aspect of our consciousness and energy.
We all have this aspect in ourselves, both women and men, yet we have been taught to lead oftentimes high pressure lives, in dis-connection from our hearts, our bodies, our Soul, our own higher wisdom and from Nature.
After my year of travelling the world, I launched 2 new brands, where I combine my expertise in life, career & leadership coaching + my 10 years in the field of Learning & Development, with my gifts in energy wellbeing, ancient feminine wisdom teachings, mindfulness and meditation.
